Dream Duffel Issues
Dear Customers,
All product shipped after 5/1/2010 have new top pieces. This should not be an issue for these customers.
As some of our customers have experienced Dream Duffel is going through some growing pains. Some of our customers have received bags with defects. I want to assure all of our customers that we stand behind our product 100% and we will fix all issues. We checked all bags before they left our facility. We did not know there was a problem until our customers started calling.
The issue is: Broken top pieces, these pieces were molded with the wrong material –this issue can be fixed with replacement pieces. Please send an email with the information below if you experience this problem.
